Ok so have you always wanted to make a high quality animated GIF avatar or signature? well i have found out the best way to do so... Just take a look at my Manhunt GIF avatar!

First you will need to download Fraps (get the free version). This is used for recoding in game on your PC. Then when you have finished recording your video, download this GIF animator for free. Then you simply open up the GIF animator then open your video that you made using Fraps and start using the easy features.

Yeah just like RagdollPhysics said i use Paint.Net. Paint.Net is free to download just Google it.
